CODE OF CONDUCT

1. We are an Inclusive Community.

We welcome and support people of all backgrounds and ethnicities. This includes, but is not limited to members of any sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, race, ethnicity, culture, national origin, social and economic class, educational level, color, immigration status, sex, age, size, family status, political belief, religion, and mental and physical ability.

2. We are considerate.

We all depend on each other to produce the best work we can as a community. Your decisions will affect clients and colleagues, and you should take those consequences into account when making decisions.

3. We are respectful.

Disagreement is no excuse for disrespectful behavior. Frustration is no excuse for personal attacks. We seek to create a Socially coherent community.

4. Harassment.

Always conduct yourself professionally. Conduct Unbecoming is unacceptable:

  • Threats of violence.
  • Insubordination.
  • Discriminatory jokes and language.
  • Sharing sexually explicit or violent material via electronic devices or other means.
  • Personal insults, especially those using racist or sexist terms.
  • Unwelcome sexual attention.
  • Advocating or encouraging, any of the above behaviour.

5. Mold differences into strengths.

Human beings carry different perspectives and beliefs. Strength lies in diversity…adversity builds identity…We listen to resolve adversity through collaborative effort.

Caveat: A Code of Conduct Violation COCV will be immediately addressed by a member Adjudication Team to determine its legitimacy. If deemed a COCV immediate suspension will result. All personal NSH assets, including NSH property, NSHFF investments and MPP’s will be terminated and or reimbursed net of any excess LIS payments.

NSH holds faith in our humanity and therefor will entertain re-enrolment. Said member will accept pre-post PPA “LEAD” and “RMET” reassessment tests. Fees applied. Additionally, NSH will delegate a custom online pay as you progress, PAYP curriculum.
